Hello wonderseekers!
This past week, I have been holding vision-setting sessions and sharing with the attendees research behind why setting a vision is so helpful to achieving our goals. One stat that really struck me was if you set a goal and have an accountability partner, you're 95% more likely to complete your goal. Wonder shared is wonder multiplied, but it would appear that motivation shared is motivation multiplied too! I’ve observed in these sessions that many people are looking to set a vision when they are at an inflection point. Those moments of liminal space can be scary, but they can also hold power and magic too. More below.

AwakenHub is a community for female founders, and the role of the Big Sister program is to support these founders in their success by sharing our experience and expertise. I’ll be heading to Northern Ireland this May for their first big conference and am so pleased to be able to give back in this way.
