Wonderbringers Newsletter with Monica Parker

Hello, Wonderseekers,
Hope everyone in the US had a nice Memorial Day and those in the UK had a lovely May bank holiday. This week I want to share a gratitude exercise I did with my workshop at the Mind Body Spirit Festival this past weekend. It is my hope that in the spirit of Memorial Day, this might encourage you to share gratitude to someone while they are still here, rather than waiting for them to be gone. (You can find the instructions here too.)

Some wonderbringers for me this week:
Wonder found in the most terrible of places: Veteran recalls solemn duty.
Wonder can help in ICE (isolated, confined, extreme) environments like this one: Florida professor breaks record for time spent living underwater.
The wonder of neuroscience: Brain implants help paralysed man to walk again.
Incredible collaboration between my friend, cartoonist Liza Donnelly, and musician Yo Yo Ma. (Liza also has a substack you can subscribe to): Yo Yo Ma and Me.
A few other bits:
I was really pleased to have this conversation with Mike Carruthers on his wildly popular podcast Something You Should Know.
There are heaps of resources on my website including a personal wonderprone assessment, a wonder at work workbook, wonder walk guide, bonus chapter and more!
Wishing you a wonderfilled week!
With wonder,
